Weezer and The Pixies Concert Pumped Up the Ford Idaho Center

This concert was full of energy, and even more so with the cover album Weezer recently released so even more well-known songs to sing along to.

Weezer rose to fame in the '90s and has had many hits as well as a cover album that is very popular. The Ford Idaho Center was packed on Friday night. I was able to hit up Chonies in Nampa beforehand which has been on my list of must visits since I moved here.

The show started with the Pixies, a band that started in the mid 80's in Boston. Then came Weezer who formed in 1992 and have been playing steadily ever since. Rivers Cuomo went out in the crowd in a ship to play to the back of the house.
