Watch Mike Use His Pumpkin Cannon Shootin Skills

While Kate was busy last weekend trying to chase a greased pig at Farmstead, I was busy using my shooting skills at the Farmstead shooting range.

Farmstead gives you a chance to practice your shooting skills with either the Corn Cannon or the Pumpkin Cannon.  I chose to use the Pumpkin Cannon, because, well I'm a guy.  It's bigger and makes a much louder boom than the corn cannon.

I do want you to know that no live pumpkins were hurt at the shooting range, mostly because I missed the targets, but also because these are volunteer pumpkins who gave their lives willingly so we can all have fun at Farmstead.
