Trying My First New Zealand Meat Pie in Boise

There is no shortage of good eats in the Treasure Valley as well as new and different eats. The new Kiwi Shake and Bake in downtown Boise is something to try and love.

I have never had a New Zealand meat pies but have heard of them and they look delicious. They have such a flaky delicious crust and come in so many flavors it can be hard to decide. It's nice that they are very hearty and quick to get. They are something my fishing friends would enjoy that are easy to bring along and to heat up.

An Australian or New Zealand meat pie is a hand-sized meat pie containing diced or minced meat and gravy, sometimes with onion, mushrooms, or cheese and often consumed as a takeaway food snack.

They have all kinds of goodies and a spot that is a must for families cause of the chocolate fountain and dessert selection.
