It's hard to believe but just a few years ago, many of us wondered if movie theaters would ever be a thing anymore. Sure, the pandemic afforded us the ability to stream new releases at home, but it also reminded us that a movie is still best experienced in theaters.

And people will go to extreme lengths to make the experience better

We don't know about you but some of us grew up with parents who were masters of sneaking candy into the theater in their jackets or bags. Nowadays? People aren't just sneaking candy in anymore.

We asked people on social media to share with us things they've seen people sneak into the movies and some were bold enough to share the items they themselves snuck in. We're amazed that movie theater employees didn't bust some of these people with how extravagant their smuggled items were.
