I was raised by my mother to be an optimist. She'd never allow us to say we were "sick", she'd say "sick is for sick people" and that we just had a cold or weren't feeling well. She also raised me to appreciate rainy days, and this past Saturday did not disappoint.

Bastille performed at Taco Bell Arena in Boise on Saturday night and it was a great show! It was their first time visiting Boise, so they made one stop before they headed to their next show in Bozeman...Cascade Raft & Kayak! Talk about incredible International exposure for Idaho!! ...

Make sure you turn the audio up when you listen to this woman trying to convince a Black Bear to stop gnawing on her kayak.  It's amusing, and a little dangerous on how she goes about it, but the really funny part is how she talks to the bear.  Apparently she's seen a lot of Yogi Bear episodes on TV Land.
