Jump Creek Falls

One of the Treasure Valley’s favorite free recreation spots may not be free much longer. The Bureau of Land Management could roll our fees to visit the area as early as this year.

The beauty of Mother Nature, obviously! Sure, I still get excited about the little things, but man, there is some beauty around here! When was the last time you saw the beauty right in your (figurative) back yard?

Jealous the aliens are visiting Utah & Romania to drop off monoliths. I know the perfect spot right here in the Treasure Valley our out of this world visitors can leave one here.

As summer approaches and temperatures get hot, Idaho's cool water begins to beckon.  Fortunately, for us a refreshing dip in a river, cool spring, waterfall pool, or glacial lake is a short distance away. Idaho has a lot of options for you to cool off this summer.
