Idaho is well known to be a state with a lot of UFO sightings. As far as states with the most sightings per capita - Idaho goes back and forth but is always in the top 10. There is a cool little photo opportunity spot for space lovers in Wallace Idaho.

This Boise spot is one of the best-loved truck stops in the country. It opened in 1891, making it one of the oldest continually operating businesses in Idaho.

How Idaho made the list I will never understand. It was in 5th place. Clearly, they did not visit very much of the state because Idaho is anything but forgettable.

Idaho was a massive gold rush state. Our vast waterways give endless options for panning for gold and gemstones. While heaps of gold and mountains of gemstones have been removed, sold off and taken from the state there is still a lot more to be claimed.
