Idaho’s Best Truck Stop with Great Food is in Boise

Looking forward to road trips this year? A travel and exploring website and blog called Loveexploring ranked the best truck stop or roadside cafe in each state and the one for Idaho has some great history and amazing food.

Boise Stage Stop Restaurant is one of the best-loved truck stops in the country. "It opened in 1891, making it one of the oldest continually operating businesses in Idaho. There are a variety of cuisines on offer at the restaurant, including Mexican, classic American, and Italian, but it’s best known as a fantastic steakhouse. It serves sirloin with shrimp, has a range of hearty burgers, and you can even get a T-bone at breakfast." -Loveexploring
