The makeup and beauty store Sephora will be closing all of it's stores on Wednesday, June 5th to host an "inclusion workshop" for all of it's employees. This all comes after singer SZA said when she was shopping in one of their California stores that security was called on her.

Sephora has been very vocal about the closure to let all customers know about the one day closure. They are also pushing their "We Belong to Something Beautiful" campaign.

From an outsider is seems to be a way to acknowledge a mistake was made but trying to fix it with all current employees. To which I commend the company for trying to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

To accuse someone of stealing when they haven't done anything wrong is a big accusation, hopefully no one has to deal with that after they go through this inclusions workshop.
