Peace Prevails Idaho In Downtown Boise

A vigil remembering those who have died in recent high-profile shootings took place last night in downtown Boise. Members of the Associated Students of BSU held the vigil at the Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial that they called "Peace Prevails Idaho."  A little rain didn't keep people from coming together and showing their support.

Protests across the country have turned violent, and even deadly.

Organizers decided to hold this event not as a protest, but as a peaceful gathering for the community to hear different perspectives on the recent tragic events and show the community that they all have a voice that can be shared and heard.
