Hello! Hey! What’s Up?! I tend to be awkward when it comes to introductions, so let’s get into this! I was born and raised in Salt Lake City, but I’ve always had a soft spot for Idaho as I think back to memories of huckleberry scones and traveling to my Great-Grandparents home in Grangeville every year. I’ve lived in Meridian (the #1 Best Place to Live in America) for four years now and I never want to leave!

I’ve been waking up at 2:30 a.m. for the past 15-years to play radio. I graduated from the University of Utah before Facebook or blogging even existed and although I thought I wanted to go into television news, I soon discovered that radio is so much more fun! I love talking about the latest celebrity gossip, and dishing out relationship advice (even though I’m divorced and obviously not the best at romance!)

I’m the official chauffeur to two children, 13-year- old Boston, and 11-year-old Jocelyn who have my whole heart and are my world. My 15-year-old Cairn terrier, Snuggles, rules the roost and drives me crazy, but he’s seen me through all the tough stuff and all the joys.

I’m a total “foodie” and my favorite pastime is trying new restaurants in the Treasure Valley. I’m also the reigning “Spicy Little Princess” after winning a spicy sushi-eating contest and hot wing competition! I’ll take on anyone who wants to try to beat me! My favorite snacks are hot peppers and limes with salt!

One of my favorite roles is serving as Executive Director of "Carly’s Kids.” Will introduce you to this more in the days to come, but essentially it's a program which features a different Treasure Valley child each month who is facing a unique struggle. We hook them up with a dream day or experience while creating awareness about the various struggles children and their families face.

I know change is really hard, but I hope you will welcome me into your MIX 106 family. I'm excited to get settled into my new home and to get to know you!
