Local, Handmade Christmas Gift Ideas for Friends and Family

For the past couple of years, I have found myself giving gifts to friends and family for Christmas that are either handmade by myself or from a local shop. There's something about something that is handmade that is special. It's typically creative and one of a kind. Even if it's something that other people can order, if it's hand painted for example, there will always be some differences that make it unique.

I also LOVE to support local small businesses.

I want to make a list of the best local, handmade shops or businesses that would make great gifts this holiday.

Here's a local small business that I stumbled on at the Kleiner Park Christmas Bazaar a few weeks ago. It's called Reispeices. She sells handmade items like wallets, coupon organizers, makeup bags, and more. She will be at the Boise Christmas Show this weekend at Expo Idaho if you want to check her out!
