This summer take a pledge today to get healthy and encourage the entire family to do that same thing! Being active is one of the best parts of my life!  It's never to late to start! Set a goal today to walk the Family 5K for FitOne on September 20th! If you want to set an even higher goal, run the 10k (6.2 miles) or the brand new half marathon (13.1 miles), you have the full support of the Mix 106 12 Listener's Team!

Everyone can be a part of FitOne! Men, women, kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins... EVERYONE!
