We regularly talk about the things we love about Idaho and why it's regularly one of the best places to live, best spots to find a delicious meal, and so many other things.

Now, Idaho is being recognized for something we couldn't see coming: Idaho is one of the best places to see... an alien.

How Likely Are You To See An Alien In Idaho?

Some people might get excited at the thought of seeing an alien. Us? We'd be terrified!

Why would they freak us out? Think about it - we know nothing about them, if they have powers, or if they do, in fact, have lips like the photo above.

We don't know about you, but the thought of encountering an alien with lips in the Idaho wilderness doesn't sound like a good time. If you share the same thoughts, you might be bummed to find out that Idaho is one of the best places to spot an alien.

Who came in number one? That would be Vermont, where people have a 9.1% chance of seeing an alien, followed by a tie between Montana and Washington at 8.7% according to a report we received that uses data from The National UFO Reporting Center.

Idaho is tied with Wyoming is tied for 8th on the best places in the country to see an alien with a 5.7% chance. Oregon also made the list with a 7.4% chance of seeing an alien in the state.
