Gotta See This: McRib

You might have heard McDonald's has had some slowing in their business over the last year.  They still dominate, but in what I would call a brave move, they're peeling back the curtain on their process and a series of webisodes showing some of the process, behind the creation of their food.

Enter the McRib.  One of the most mysterious menu offerings.

I actually found this video to be insightful and made me less skeptical about the contest of the McRib.
