Fruity Pebble Cherry Cheesecake Recipe
This is a great one for parents, one that the kids love. When I saw this it brought me back to my childhood, my grandma would make me cherry cheesecake for my birthday every year, and I loved fruity pebbles so combining the two was heaven.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Cream Cheese
- 10 oz of marshmallows
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 6 cups of fruity pebble cereal
- 2 cups heavy cream
Melt marshmallows in microwave for 2 minutes, then pour cereal into the bowl with melted marshmallows and mix together basically making Rice Krispies. That's the crust.
In a separate bowl, you mix together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cream. Pour over top of your fruity pebble crust and let sit in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours. Then spread a can of cherries over the top and then sprinkle some fruity pebbles on top. Serve and enjoy!
