I never thought I'd even ask such a question but at 33, and my fiance being 30, we've decided we'd like to plan to start "trying" for kids late next year. "Trying", a nice way of telling the world you plan to have lots of sex!

Neither of us have any reason to believe we'll struggle to get pregnant, but we have no reason to believe it'll be a home run either. She's been on birth control (IUD) for years, we've never had any kind of a scare, we're getting married late this year and want to be prepared for whatever may come our way once we start "TRYING" (having lots of sex, but with intent).

We've also had plenty of friends who have told us about their fertility issues. So do we face the music and take fertility tests now so it's not a surprise or do we try and let mother nature do her thing?
