Do You Know of a Secret Menu at a Boise Restaurant?

Apparently there is a well known, well kept secret, that I didn't know anything about.  It's secret menus at restaurants across the country.  Places like McDonald's, Chipoltle, StarBucks. Wendy's, Sonic and a bunch more.  Help a brother out. , Do you know about these?

I can't believe that as much as I love food, that I didn't know about some of these long ago.  Why the secret?  As I look at some of these on the button bar below, these secret items are sometimes way more appetizing than what's on the regular menus.
