It's been warm this week, but Thursday will be cooler, more like jacket weather for a Downtown Boise block party.  It's free to show up, but you do have to RSVP.

The American Society of Interior Designers is hosting the block party, and the ASID says it will have live music, food and drinks for purchase from food trucks and vendors, and they'll have things to keep the kids busy too.  The bands include Jac Sound, Boise Rockeoke and David Henry.

The Old Boise Block Party is set for Thursday evening, June 1, from 5 to 10pm between Main and Grove streets in Downtown Boise.  They want you to RSVP, and you can do that on the ASID Facebook page.

This is going to be a fun summer, with the Boise Music Festival, Train concert, and a whole lot more, including fun events like this Thursday block party.  We'll post more events like these here on the website to help you plan ahead.  Live music and festive beverages might be the recurring theme!
