If your kids see you naked around the house, should you be charged with a crime? This story isn't quite what it seemed to me initially, but you can judge for yourself.

A Utah mother named Tilli Buchanan says she and her husband were working topless in their garage because they didn't want to get their clothes dusty.

According to an article on KTVB, Buchanan's attorney's argued that the law is unfair because it treats men and women differently for baring their chests.

The children who saw Tilli topless while cleaning the garage were between the ages of 9 and 13. She says she considers herself a feminist.

The biological mother of the children reported the incident to authorities because she says she was alarmed by the news. Buchanan has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of lewdness, but Buchanan's husband was not charged with anything.

If convicted, Tilli Buchanan may have to register as a sex offender for up to 10 years.
