It's happening in Boise, and it's happening in other spots around the country.

An armed man shows up at a military recruiting center not to cause trouble, but to stand guard and protect it.  In Boise, the group is called 3 Percent Idaho.

I've also read about this happening in Charleston, WV for one.  It's happened in Iowa  too.  And closer to home, in Twin Falls and Nampa. Guys show up at military recruiting centers, and exercise their right to bear arms, with the goal of trying to protect the guys who help protect that right.

It's not a show of aggression.  It's a civil way to show support for the military in the wake of the Chattanooga shootings, and a way to raise awareness and start conversations.

3 Percent Idaho will be at a Boise recruiting center through Friday.
