The STIL is Opening a New Location & Offering Free Ice Cream For a Year
Ice cream lovers rejoice! One of Boise's most beloved local ice cream shops is opening a new location this week on the Boise Bench and as part of their grand opening celebration, they're offering three lucky people free ice cream for a year!
What was once an old car wash has now been repurposed into The STIL's third location. The new location is reported to feature a large outdoor seating area with fire pits perfect for enjoying both ice cream and company. After all, The STIL is literally all about "the sweetest things in life."
The STIL is inviting the public to join them and stop by the ice cream shop's soft opening of it's new location at 13th South Latah Street on Wednesday, July 7th from 6-10 pm. Regular hours will begin on the following Thursday on the 8th. Live music, food trucks, and yard games will be happening all weekend long too. The STIL is popularly known for creating unique flavors made from real ingredients. Small batch ice cream is crafted from Idaho dairy, creative and creamy vegan options from oat and coconut, and there's even some booze infused creations on the menu as well. My personal favorites are the "Deja Vu" (Almond Cream, Oreos, Waffle Cone Pieces) and the 21+ "Want S'more Porter?" (Porter, Dark Chocolate, Graham Crackers, & Toasted Marshmallows).
It's hard to believe that The STIL opened it's first location just four years ago. Since then it's become an ice cream staple in the Treasure Valley. In addition to it's popular downtown spot, you can also find The STIL in Southeast Boise.
