A new report just awarded a popular barbecue spot for having the best in all of Idaho. Do you agree?

You spoke and we listened, and laughed. I asked on Facebook what every Idaho BBQ needs and the responses ranged from strange, interesting, funny, spot on and mouth watering.

Who doesn’t love some good southern food? Or should I say … soul food? I’m talkin’ cast-iron skillets, grits, cornbread, and the most mouthwatering pull-apart meat you’ve ever had in your life.

We look at the top barbecue restaurants in the Treasure Valley according to Yelp users. Only we look at the spots with a minimum of one hundred reviews; who has the best BBQ?

BBQ season means meat season, but unless Idahoans are able and willing to pay the higher prices on meat, veggie alternatives may need to be explored.
