For a small annual cost of $150, residents are issued what's known as a Through-the-Fence Agreement from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Complete with 4 bedrooms and 3 and-a-half baths, each hangar home in SilverWing's gated community has a 48' wide Schweiss bi-fold hangar door. This allows residents plenty of room to store their aircraft in a 3,000 square-foot hangar.
