Madonna Falls Off Stage at the Brit Awards

Apparently that cape was supposed to rip off, and when it didn't, Madonna fell down several steps at the Brit Awards last night.  Ouch!

One thing we can tell from the video, she wasn't lip syncing!  The live mic made a loud thud when she hit the ground.

Is someone going to get fired over this?  The costume designer has some 'splainin' to do.
