Just Moved to Meridian? You’re Not Alone.

Meridian is not just the fastest-growing city in the Treasure Valley.  It's one of the fastest-growing spots in the nation.

Meridian gained several thousand residents last year, adding another 5 percent onto its population of close to 88,000.

US Census figures looked at towns with populations over 50,000 to come up with a list of the Top Ten cities that people are moving to, and Meridian was 9th in the country in terms of the fastest growth.

Five out of ten of the fastest-growing spots are in Texas, and Meridian was the only Idaho spot to make the list.
