People have been making the joke about Idaho for decades. You know, the one about potatoes?

Yes, all the potato-puns are terrible, but they did get us thinking. Since Idaho is so famous for our potatoes, and it sometimes seems to be the sole thing outsiders know about Idaho, should we just give them what they want?

Should a Potato-Only restaurant be opened here in Idaho?

At first, it might seem like a silly idea. "How in the world would a restaurant sustain itself serving only potato dishes?"

Well, let's see how deep of a list we can crank out of potato and potato-adjacent meals this theoretical restaurant could serve:

After scoping out that list, aren't you at least a little hungry? Same, girl. Same.

Maybe an all-potato joint actually would work here in Idaho. Seems like there's plenty enough on the menu to please even the pickiest of spud specialists.
