Does Your City Have The Fastest Growing Home Prices In Idaho?
Most of us are aware of how fast Idaho is growing and it wasn't that long ago that it felt like everyone and their 5th cousin once removed was heading to the Gem State.

Whether it was due to COVID and the various policies states had or simply seeking a better life, the movement into Idaho has definitely had an impact.

According to the data that we found, Boise home prices peaked in 2022 before trending down. Since then, however, our data shows that home prices are back on the rise. Interestingly enough, Boise ranks 33rd on this list for cities with fast-growing home prices and is nowhere near the number one spot with an average home price of $1.5 million.
