This Idaho City Has One Of The Highest STD Rates In America

Look, there's just no getting around it... facts are facts and the latest study we came across is quite alarming. Now, we're not here to ruin your holiday season but we do advise that you... "stay safe"?

The cities of Idaho are known for a lot of things

And rightfully so! Idaho cities Stanley, Ketchum, McCall, and Wallace were recently recognized as some of the "coziest towns in America."

Some would argue that Nampa is known for its sugar beet factory and all of the wonderful odors it emits.

Boise is known for many things including the Boise River Greenbelt, amazing food, and of course, Boise State Broncos football! Boise even made the list for being one of the top college towns in America for 2024.

It's a badge of honor that we should be proud of with everything Boise and the Treasure Valley offer. Unfortunately, you might catch more than just a fun tailgate when hanging out in Boise.

Boise makes another list... this one's not so fantastic

A recent report revealed the top 100 cities with the highest sexually transmitted disease (STD) rates in the country and surprise: Boise made the cut.

Idaho wasn't the only state to have a city make the list: Utah, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, and yes, even California made the list as well.

Let's take a look at Boise's alarming STD rate and where it ranks against other states.

At least Idaho doesn't have as many states on the list as states like California or even Oregon and Utah... right?
