Idaho is a prime destination for those looking for new adventures, beginnings, and a new life. One stroll through downtown Boise or Treasure Valley park and you'll immediately fall in love.

Unfortunately, Idaho isn't just alluring and inviting to good people looking for a better future.

One Of The FBI's Most Wanted Could Be In Idaho

Omar Alexander Cardenas is wanted by the FBI for his alleged involvement in a murder and for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. According to Cornell Law,  flight to avoid prosecution is defined as "Whoever moves or travels in interstate or foreign commerce with intent either (1) to avoid prosecution, or custody or confinement after conviction..."

It's pretty evident that Cardenas is no longer in California based on the charge from the feds and it's not out of the question to think he could be in Idaho.

The Treasure Valley continues to experience a boom in population and recently one of our colleagues shared how Meridian was recently listed as one of America's fastest-growing boomtowns.

Is it possible that people on the run from the law could be coming to Idaho to seek refuge?

Here's what we know about Omar Alexander Cardenas and what to look for if you see him in Idaho.
