Boise Police’s Latest Arrest Just Saved Christmas For The Treasure Valley
The Christmas season is in full swing with children everywhere ensuring that they are on their best behavior; Santa is watching after all!
Christmas cheer is running rampant throughout the Treasure Valley. So much so, that people have no issue whatsoever with traveling more than twelve hours to try some fast food.
No matter what's going on in your life this time of year, the spirit of the holiday season can make it all better.
That is until the Treasure Valley becomes a target for those looking to ruin Christmas
That's right, Christmas cheer has a target on its back and if it weren't for the hard work of our Boise police, there's no telling what could have happened to Christmas this year.
Heck, if Christmas was ruined in the Treasure Valley, what would Santa think upon his arrival?!
In a post shared on Facebook on Tuesday (12/12), Boise police shared that they caught the "person" responsible for trying to steal Christmas from the Treasure Valley:
"Yesterday, BPD helped stop a real mean one from stealing the holiday spirit from employees at the Jackson Jet Center near the Boise Airport," Boise PD shared.
"A green creature dressed like Santa was seen stealing presents, and when asked to best describe the suspect, witnesses used the words, 'stink, stank, stunk!'"
That's right, folks - The Grinch himself arrived in the Treasure Valley looking to take Christmas away. Thankfully, police reacted quickly and as they shared in their post, brought this ruthless (and heartless) creature to justice.
Shout out to Cpl. Steve Keely along with his K9 partner Krisz-Kuras for teaming up with U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents to bring The Grinch into custody.
Share this with your kids to remind them just how amazing our Idaho first responders are at keeping us safe... and protecting the Christmas spirit in the Treasure Valley.
