Listed at $399,000, the agent who listed the she-shed property is a master gaslighter. Okay, okay. That's unfair of us to say. He's not a gas-lighter in the true sense of the word, but there is a certain aplomb to his marketing genius.

The moment we laid eyes on it, we were instantly reminded of the sheds you see for sale in the parking lots of home improvement stores like Lowes or Home Depot. Yes, it's really THAT tiny.
