Well, sort of. Our majestic mountains, pristine lakes, and secluded getaways are attracting some of the biggest names in entertainment. Not that we're surprised. Idaho's been shedding its reputation as a flyover state for a little over a decade now.

In 2023, all eyes were on a star-studded dinner at the Southfork Lodge.

As far as his friends are concerned, we're guessing Jimmy Kimmel put Lowman, Idaho on the map for Hollywood's highest-paid locals. The late-night host and avid Idaho fisherman acquired the town's historic 1937 hotel destination resort in 2020.

Three years later on July 7, 2023, Kimmel's long-time pal, Kristen Bell, nearly broke the internet when she posted an Instagram photo of her attending a private dinner alongside the Snake River at the lodge.

For millions of fans, it was a behind-the-scenes look into the private lives of 33 of their favorite actors, anchors, comedians, writers, and tv hosts. There wasn't a face in Bell's picture that most people wouldn't love to befriend.

Since then, Tom Cruise and Jimmy Fallon have been spotted near the resort, putting Idaho's celebrity fanatics on high-alert for sightings of Kimmel's famous dinner guests in the gallery below.
