Do Your Grocery Shopping in Boise; Get $10 FREE for Prime Day
Hey, you gotta eat anyway!
I'm someone that shouldn't be allowed to have an Amazon Prime account because it increases my laziness by at least 50%. Long story short, I've battled having damaged hair for years and finally found a brand of shampoo and conditioner that has completely changed the way my hair feels. It's carried locally by a cosmetics store with locations in Boise (by the mall) and Meridian (in The Village.) But...I live in Southeast Boise. I'm a nervous driver. The only time I have to run errands is rush hour. Putting myself in that traffic on purpose? Hard pass. So I order it on Amazon and have it come right to my door. (Yes, I know I'm contributing the the decline of brick and mortar stores and that's horrible...but I'm saving myself from a really high anxiety situation, so that's a win.)
I love my Prime subscription, but I've had to resist opening most of the e-mails I've received about Prime Day because I have a wedding to pay off in three weeks! By total accident, I clicked one that's offering me some FREE money to shop on Prime Day. Capitalizing on their 2017 purchase of Whole Foods, Amazon is offering Prime members an incentive to do their grocery shopping at the store on Broadway Avenue!
Between now and the conclusion of Prime Day on July 17, spend at least $10 at Whole Foods and they'll credit your prime account with $10 to use toward any Prime Day deals you want to take advantage of! You will need to download the Whole Foods app and have it linked to your Prime Account (super easy to do, I did it while waiting in the checkout line.) Or, if you don't have a smart phone, you can give your cashier the phone number you have stored on your Prime Account.
I know it's not the most over top deal out there, but I figured I'd pass it along because your family needs to eat...so you might as well get something out of it!
Amazon Prime Day officially kicks off at 1 p.m. in Mountain Time Zone.
