Child Killed in Idaho Crash
It's always more tragic when a fatal accident involves a child. This morning a terrible accident stole this innocent life. Here's what happened.
The crash happened at 7:44 this morning three miles east of Ponderay in Northern Idaho on SH 200 at Sunnyside Road.
22-year-old Keanu M. Dooley was driving a 1998 black Subaru Forester. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Traveling westbound he attempted to turn left onto Sunnyside Road. At the same time, a 2017 Ford F350 was headed eastbound driven by 29-year-old Wesley J. Free of Sagle. He was also not wearing a seatbelt when he t-boned Dooley's Subaru on the passenger side of the vehicle according to eastidahonews.com
A child restrained in a car seat in Dooley's Subaru died at the scene. The identity of the child has not yet been released, but we are certainly praying for the family who lost this precious child in the blink of an eye.
