Boise Woman Arrested Smoking Heroin in Car with Child
A 22-year-old woman has been arrested after she was caught smoking heroin in a McDonald's parking lot in Nampa with her young daughter in the backseat.
Riley Alexander is facing felony charges of injury to a child and drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of paraphernalia.
According to an article on KTVB, witnesses saw Riley smoking something out of a device made of tinfoil and a straw known as a "tooter."
When Riley was approached by police she admitted to having heroin in the car and confessed to being an addict.
Riley is being held in the Canyon County Jail on a $25,000 bond. She is due in court the day before Thanksgiving on November 27th.
Addiction has so many victims, including the addict. It is my hope and prayer that this young woman can get the help she needs.
