Bogus Basin 2021-2022 Pass Sale Begins Friday
Many Bogus Basin pass holders will be purchasing their 2021-2022 passes this week as it's common knowledge - if you don't purchase during sale week, it could be way more costly after February 28th. Season passes for Spring 2021, Summer 2021, and Winter 2021-2022 go on sale Friday, February 19th. There is a few ticket pricing changes and some entirely new passes this year you should be aware of.
You may notice an increase of prices for some passes. For example, regular priced Night passes increased by 30%. There is also 10% increase on the family pass. According to the ski resort, these increased prices "reflect increased cost of operations, due to growth in the Treasure Valley." There is also no discount for Nordic passes purchased during the sale week. The price is the same for March 1st and beyond.
While there was a slight 10% increase of the price for the traditional family pass, Bogus Basin is introducing three new family season pass options that are priced under $500. In addition, the mountain is also offering a year-round pass called the True Bogus Season Pass. This is the first time ever there's been a year-round option.
The lowest price to score the season pass sale is during sale week for $449 per adult. After March 1st the price will increase to $569. The True Bogus Season Pass gets you unlimited access to alpine and Nordic skiing and snowboarding in the winter, season-long mountain bike park lift access and scenic lift/hiking access in summer. In addition, season pass holders will also receive benefits such as free tickets to partner resorts and discounted activities at Bogus Basin.
The mountain also offered a pro tip on their Facebook page: "If you plan to purchase passes at more than one Idaho mountain, buy your Bogus Basin season pass first, as most other Idaho mountains offer up to $100 off if you have a Bogus Basin season pass."
Season passes go on sale starting February 19th, with the lowest prices of the year going until February 28th.
