Breaking News is surfacing from downtown Boise this evening as both Boise Police and the Idaho State Police have stormed the Idaho State Capitol and blocked several roads around the building.

As we shared yesterday, chaos erupted as Ammon Bundy and his group of activists barged into the Idaho State Capitol and demanded to be let in to watch the House of Representatives meet. Guards were pushed and glass was broken in the process, inside of the capitol building.

Activists returned this afternoon, Tuesday, August 25th. While at this point we are unsure of how things escalated, reports began to come in of ISP and BPD surrounding the capitol building and entering large groups.

The Idaho State Police have also confirmed that two others were arrested as well. We will continue to keep you updated on the drama that ensued this evening.
