If you watch "America's Got Talent" on NBC, you've probably been blown away by thirteen year old Evie Clair. She has been singing and playing since she was 2 years old.

We didn't realize that she actually has a tie to Idaho. Her dad, Amos Abplanalp, was a Southeast Idaho native who grew up in Blackfoot and raised on a potato farm. His cousin listens to Mike & Nicole in the morning and called in to the show to share a little of their story and ask for people to vote for Evie Clair in the AGT Finals.

Evie's dad, Amos, was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in April of last year. Evie shared on the show how she used to go to his room and sing to him when he was having a tough day.

On the day of the semifinals, doctors said that Amos only had days left to live. He was put on life support just before Evie performed. They stayed for the show, but then producers made it so they could fly to him immediately after the show instead of waiting until the next day. Evie's dad passed away shortly after and they were with him in his final moments.

Evie Clair will compete in the finals next Tuesday. Please vote!!

Just listen to her amazing voice!
