Aaron Paul Relisted His $1.3M Boise Home With a Built-In Hot Spring (Pics)
Why isn't anyone buying Aaron Paul's amazing Boise home?!
Paul's $1.3M Boise Bench home is on the market again. An Idaho native and co-star of the award-winning Breaking Bad television series, Paul first listed his two-bed, two-bath 2,171 square-foot home in the summer of 2022.
A House or a Work of Art?
Built in the late 1950s, the home's unique design was inspired by Frank Lloyd-Wright, a master American architect known for creating the "Prairie Style" aesthetic. An absolutely stunning example of midcentury modern design, Paul's breathtaking "Klein House" is the work of the late Art Troutner. An Idaho native-turned-legendary architect, Troutner was described as a "poetic engineer" by the University of Idaho's Jonathan Reich.
Midcentury Modern Design
What makes a home midcentury modern? According to The Spruce, "Mid-century modern homes are characterized by very wide, low footprints with large, open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an emphasis on bringing the outdoors in."
On The Market...Again?
Aaron Paul's Gem State home is the crown jewel of Art Troutner's masterpieces. "One step into this masterpiece will take you back in time," commented Homes of Idaho listing agent Piers Lambs. How is it then that this residential beauty is still for sale?
As of December 7, the Warm Springs Avenue single family residence has been on Zillow for 17 days. It's hard to believe, but Paul's beloved and stunning home that features a mineral swimming pool has only garnered 6,729 views and 283 saves.
