This stylish yet quaint home is perfect for a single owner, a couple, or even a young family of three. There's a lot to adore about this 308 square foot tiny home. For starters, there are 2 separate spacious lofts. Lofts are the best part of tiny homes in my opinion. They're great for a storage, a bedroom, play room, reading space, or even a cozy sleeping nook.

With vaulted ceilings, high windows, and open concept living, you'll feel like you have plenty of room to move around. This open concept living area also comes with lots of options for storage and multiple custom cabinets. The living-room can easily convert into a full-stand-up-height bedroom which you normally don't see in tiny homes. There is also 1 full bathroom.

High-quality materials make up the exterior of the tiny house and make the home look just as functional as it is stylish. There is a mini-split heating & cooling system just above the front door that regulates the temperature.

Charity and Chris Majors built and designed the house "with style, freedom, quality and affordability in mind." The couple says on their webpage they actually built the house for them to keep! But now after some life changes, they are offering it up to another family with a "similar vision."
