2019 Boise River Float Season Almost Over
Now that Pumpkin Spice Latte's are now for sale, it's obvious that summer is almost over. It has been a beautiful last few months across the Treasure Valley but all good things must come to an end.
Idaho News was quick to report the Ada County Parks and Waterways said Monday that the final day of the Boise River Float Season will be this upcoming Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day).
All rental equipment for floating and shuttles are shut down during until Friday for the final four days of the float season.
There have been quite a few disasters on the water over the summer, if you're planning on hitting the water one more time please be careful. We all know how unforgiving water can be and we don't need any more tragedies on the water this year.
Don't forget this weekend is also the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic, so make sure to put that on your weekend calendar too.
