1-84 Overnight Closure for Cloverdale Overpass Construction

It started last night but expect overnight closures for the rest of this week.

The fist closure started last night at 9 PM as they started work on the bridge support piers according to KIVI. The construction season never ends here and that is mainly in part to the weather, and this season it has been exceptionally warm.

The reason it is being rebuilt is it is the same overpass that was damaged in a fiery crash last June. Friday night sounds like the last night it will be closed overnight as of now.
