It's Mix 106 Cares for Kids day! Mike and I will be on air for 12 hours, asking you to become a backpack buddy for The Idaho Foodbank. This is such an easy way to help a child.

I set goals all the time. It keeps me motivated. And it makes me feel good when I accomplish my goal. Just recently crossed a personal finish line and it felt great!

For Other People's Problems, a woman's ex husband and his new wife have asked her to do something life changing for them. She wonders if this is something other people would do for their ex?

Our final day on the Pacific Crest Trail we hiked through Crater Lake National Park to our car at the north boundary. A trail angel left us a surprise at the end!

On day 6, we had what thru hikers call a "nero day." We only hiked a few miles while spending the rest of the day enjoying Crater Lake.

Day 5 on the Pacific Crest Trail was a big day for us! We hiked into Crater Lake National Park and got to eat a decent meal and more importantly have a beer!

Day 4 on the Pacific Crest Trail was awesome! We woke up in a lush magical land to the sound of frogs and ended our day underneath a waterfall.

I don't know when I'll be able to say Gunner's name on air without crying so I thought this was the next best option to thank you for what you did for me and for him. I hope you take a minute and read this.

My third day on the PCT was the hardest day I had all week. The physical part is a given, but I mentally messed myself up. Thank goodness I had beautiful scenery.
