If you're fortunate enough to live in or near downtown, you're probably enjoying the other nearby amenities... like the foothills or beautiful Hyde Park. Who wouldn't want to live in such a nice area, right? Most people feel like the only thing keeping them from living in Boise's North End is money - they'd be right.

Average Cost of Home in Boise North End

According to Redfin.com, the median price of a home in the North End is around $749,000. That's not cheap which is why when we found a home in the North End for just $1,000 a month, we had to take a closer look. Seriously - such close proximity to all of the amazing things Boise has to offer for just $1k/month? That sounds like an amazing deal!
