A young woman is dead following a head-on vehicle collision. Two other people were taken to a local hospital.

The Idaho State Police in Southern Idaho have reported a tragic accident involving a young motorcycle rider near Rupert.

It has been a deadly and tragic ending to the month of June and the beginning of July.

Idaho State Police have responded to several fatal highway accidents over the last week and the latest happened early Wednesday morning near Twin Falls.

Among the 3 reported accidents were 1 fatality, 6 people who reported injuries, and 1 who didn’t require aid. Four of the people were from Mexico, 1 from Utah, and 3 from Idaho.

A tragic accident on a Southern Idaho road is believed to have been caused by alcohol use. The accident killed a female juvenile and injured 2 other passengers.

A fatal accident north of Pocatello is being investigated by the Idaho State Police.

A car accident in northern Idaho involving 3 vehicles turned into a fiery crash and ended with with the death of a driver, a seriously injured juvenile, and an elderly woman taken to the hospital.

Reports state that a female driver crossed a center line and struck another vehicle with 3 occupants.

The fatal crash involved 2 vehicles in Bingham County and the injury accident was between a motorcycle and a pickup truck in Bannock County.
