We approached Boise's Downtown after a 7-hour drive from Spokane, Washington. This Wednesday was my first night on the job with a company introduction and a ton of shots. It's was ladies' night at Humpin' Hannahs. Welcome to Boise!

Fast-forward 13 years, a new radio station with Mix 106, an amazing wife, two incredible kids, and one on the way. Rocci Johnson is still hosting the best St. Patrick's Day party in the Treasure Valley this Wednesday night.

I have a ton of memories at Humpin Hannahs and all good. There was this one time a girl grabbed my cross from my neck accusing me of trying to be something off Jersey Shore, but that's for another time. Wednesday is St. Patrick's Day and the party is at O'Hannah's ☘️

Rocci does something at Hannah's that is different from just another themed night. This woman is Boise's version of, The Greatest Showman. Pandemic or not, the bagpipes will come screaming through at 9 PM like clockwork. Todd Dunnigan & Todd Sprague will warm things up with drinks and sing-a-longs followed by Green Beer with Jameson shots.

It's safe to say we might begin to see things open up a bit with social distancing protocol. I don't think anyone wants to be the cause of a COVID-19 outbreak that ends up all over the news. Precautions are being taken everywhere downtown.

If you might be thinking of a place on St. Patrick's Day with your girls go ahead and save Humpin' Hannahs for a reminder. The weather will be close to 70 degrees and the ladies are looking for a girl's night out. Some people refer to Humpin' Hannahs like the throwback Cheers. Everyone just seems to end up there at the end of the night.

The Rocci Johnson Band will be taking the stage Wednesday night for a special St. Patrick's Day performance. There is no doubt you and the ladies will run into Rocci and that means several glasses of Jameson. That's just how she rolls.
