Random Bricks Being Left All Over Garden City

This is the strangest thing. Is someone trying to leave a message? Is it just teenagers trying to be funny? Why is someone leaving random bricks in various places throughout Garden City?

Have you seen them? The Garden City Police are asking the public to please let them know if they see anyone leaving random bricks around the city.

According to an article on idahonews.com, there is no context as to why police are involved or concerned about these bricks. Perhaps this strange form of littering is just creating an eyesore or a mess for people to clean up. I can't fathom what would be behind someone leaving plain bricks around the city, but it is starting to garner some attention.
