Jeremiah Succar is a cool kid who memorized Fight Song after hearing it three or four times, and his dad said he would sing it any time he got headaches.  Now he sings it all day long, even during round of shots that he has to get as part of his cancer treatment. Rachel Platten caught wind of his story, and showed up at the hospital to sing it with him. And he belts it out, and makes every one of us cheer wildly in his corner, hoping he kicks cancer in the butt.  And he has good manners when it comes to asking for an autograph. So sweet.

Andy Grammer was just in Meridian last weekend playing a benefit for Camp Rainbow Gold, which helps kids battling cancer and their families.

High five to artists who care!  And inspire.  You go Jeremiah.

September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness Month.
