Love can make you do crazy things and unfortunately, this love triangle ended in a shooting.

21-year-old Jasmine Carina Ceballos was allegedly involved in a shooting that happened on Tuesday at about 11:17 p.m. at a home in Nyssa off of Green Avenue.

Cops caught up to Jasmine as she drove along HWY 201 between Ontario and Weiser at about 11:30 a.m. this morning.

The shooting happened after Jasmine claims the woman stole her boyfriend and she says she went over to the home to fight her.

Jasmine claims she pulled out a 9mm handgun to "avoid getting beaten up by the victim."

During the fight, the gun allegedly went off and hit the victim in the leg. Her injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.

Jasmine also stands accused of firing the gun at two other people, but she missed both shots.

According to an article on KTVB that details the crime, police plan to work with the district attorney's office to seek federal charges against the 21-year-old.
